Ingredients:
750 g – 1 kg crabs
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp of douchi
1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolve in water)
1 piece green onion (cut into pieces)
Subtle seasoning ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
2 cloves garlic
6 pieces of red chilli
2 tbsp black pepper
How to make:
Steamed crabs for 15 minutes
Cut the crab in some parts and save broth
Ulek smooth red onion, garlic, red pepper, and black pepper. Then FRY the spices until cooked.
Enter the crab with sweet soy sauce and douchi. Add salt to taste. Add the cornstarch has dissolved.
Sprinkle the dish with chunks of green onion. Happy eating!
