Ingredients:
500 g cod
3 bay leaves
2 small tomatoes, sliced
250 ml low-fat coconut milk
2 tbsp tamarind, dissolve in water

Subtle seasoning ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
8 red onion
2 cm of laos
5 pieces red chillies
5 Pecans, lightly cooked
2 tbsp sugar, cut in small form
How to make:
Rub the fish with tamarind water, set aside
Stir in the garlic, onion, red pepper, nutmeg, and sugar in a pestle and puree
Fry the finely together seasoning bay leaf
Add the tomatoes and low-fat coconut milk to boil
Fry the fish until one side is cooked and then insert it into the sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens.
